We made our sixth guacamole on Thursday as an appetizer while we were preparing our pizza feast. We did the "Smoke Alarm" guac which included avocado, serrano chiles, garlic, lime juice, and chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. I had never had them before, and while I don't think it's my kind of flavor, it was fun to try. It was topped off with a little dried parsley and some Greek yogurt (what a lovely excuse for me to buy a Fage with honey <3). Clay very quickly announced it as his new favorite. Smoky flavors are right up his alley - he said it reminded him of the smoked Tobasco sauce he loves putting on his burrito at Chipotle. :)
