Guac #5

Today we tried the "A Taste of Honey" guacamole. It was very simple to make - avocado, serrano chile, red onion, tomatillo, lime juice, and honey. Clay made it since I wasn't feeling well! He did a great job. I definitely enjoyed it. The honey added a sweet element to it and it made the consistency smoother than normal guac. I wish you could tell more of the ingredients from these pictures. Maybe I should take a few before everything is mixed together! Well anyway, here it is:
