Guac #7

Tonight's guacamole was an extravagant Italian take on guac. The guacamole itself was avocado, tomato, onion, lime, and salt. I prepared it in a little glass casserole dish so you could see all the layers. The bottom layer was cream cheese. The middle layer was homemade sundried tomato pesto. And then the top layer was the guac. I toasted up some French bread in the oven, and we used that for dipping. It was great! Really filling, so we didn't eat it all. It was a definitely a new favorite for both of us. And here are two [kinda crappy] photos!
